Anyone ages 10 and up, with admission to Inkcarceration will have the opportunity to reserve a complimentary Blood Prison Tour through the mobile app. 

Download the free, Inkcarceration Mobile App. Within the app, click the “Blood Prison” button. You will be able to select the day and time for your tour. These slots WILL get booked quickly, so we recommend you map out your set times NOW to find your ideal tour.

When we drop at 9am PT on Monday, June 17, refresh your app (hard close and re-open) and you’ll see the Blood Prison button appear.

When creating an account, be sure to type your legal first and last name, email address where you can receive the ticket, as well as your mobile phone number. When entering your phone number, enter in the format 1 (XXX-XXXX). If you have an international phone number, please select the country which your phone number is from. 

You can reserve for up to (8) people, per tour time slot (while supplies last). Make sure to reserve for the quantity you need, so others don’t miss out on the opportunity! 

You will receive your Blood Prison Tour ticket via email and SMS. You can also access the ticket(s) within the Inkcarceration mobile app. Pro tip – take a screenshot of your ticket to save in your phone, for easy access. You can also print it from your email if you wish to bring a hard copy.

If for any reason you do not have access to your phone, to show your ticket(s), please bring the photo ID of who placed the reservation. A staff member will be able to access your passes on your behalf manually.

In the unlikely event your reservation is cancelled, a push notification will be sent out through the official Inkcarceration Mobile App. 

Reservations can not be canceled once they have been placed within the mobile app. If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@inkcarceration.com with your order number and email used when placing the reservation. 

All reservation slots are final and can not be adjusted. Due to capacity restraints, if you were to be late or miss your reservation, your reservation slot would be canceled. Rain checks will not be issued if you do not attend your reservation. 

No, tickets are not transferrable. We recommend arriving together. 

Search your inbox for an email from “no-reply@aloompa.com” – the subject line of your email will be “Your LiveOrder Receipt”. As well, you can always access your tickets in your Inkcarceration mobile app by clicking on the “Blood Prison” button and then “My Tickets”.
